Booking/Cancellation Procedure

• A credit/debit card number with expiry date is required to secure a reservation.
• You may check in from 3pm onwards (earlier arrivals by prior arrangements). We do ask for an estimated time of arrival when making your reservation.
• Rooms to be vacated by 10 am on day of departure
• We have a 48 hour notice cancellation policy. Cancellations within this period, premature departures or No shows will be charged one night in full.
• Arbury Lodge is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is not allowed in any part of the house.
• No pets allowed.
• Free off street secure parking.
• Payment can be made by cash, cheque supported by bankers card, sterling travellers cheque and Credit/Debit card.
• Payment by Credit card incurs a 3% surcharge.
• We do not accept American Express
